Francis Van-Lare, the estranged husband of relationship expert, Amara Blessing Nwosu, appears to have found love again. Francis shared a photo of the lady on his Facebook page and described her as his soul mate. According to him, his new lover has Calabar and Tanzanian parents and is also a trained Interior Architect. ''Never give up on love ! No matter how many times your heart is broken your soul mate is out there and you will find her just as I found mine'' he wrote Amara shocked many of her fans in August last year when she announced she was divorcing Francis, who was her second husband. Former Arsenal defender, Martin Keown, has identified Chelsea defender, David Luiz ahead of forward, Eden Hazard and other stars, as the player who holds the key to the Blues’ success this season. Luiz fell out with with former Chelsea boss, Antonio Conte last season, after his side’s 3-0 defeat to Roma in the Champions League in October. The 31-year-old was dropped from Chelsea’s starting XI by Conte. The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has said that some human trafficking syndicate are planning to use the forthcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia to traffic Nigerian youths out of the country. The DG of NAPTIP, Dame Julie Okah-Donli, disclosed the development today during a press conference held in Abuja "It has come to the knowledge of the Agency that some dishonest persons and network of human traffickers have concluded plans to use the forthcoming World Cup tournament tagged “Russia 2018” to recruit and traffic of Nigerian youths out of the country.
